This open-air, upscale mall is located in the Village of Bal Harbour, which is about 15 minutes north of South Beach. One of the last family-owned malls in the world, it has been operating at 100 percent capacity for over two decades, with a waiting list of stores begging to get in. When one store closes, another one quickly opens in its place.

Another thing that sets this mall apart is that it doesn't have pesky kiosks selling you useless knick-knacks. Instead, you will find yourself shopping in a perfectly manicured tropical garden.
