South Beach Food and Wine - Miami Hotels .com

Enjoy a champagne brunch, a beach-side barbecue, world-class beer and wine along with food tasting. Celebrity chefs, along with some of the stars of the Food Network channel, invade South Beach every February for the South Beach Food & Wine Festival. Chefs and restaurants are on hand to demos and give out samples. The event is hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University, with some of the proceeds benefiting FIU's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.

Events take place at various locations in South Beach. Tickets go on sale in mid-October for the February fest. Order tickets as soon as possible as high-profile events sell out fast.
