not very clean (hair overall), wlan functioned only 20% of the time (in the lobby), aircondition from the room next door was extremely loud, in the 1st room we had we couldn't open the windows, in the other the refrigerator did not work. BUT also a very nice located place straight in front of the beach, nice rooms, nice building, near busstations, near restaurants, shops, bars, not too far from south beach.
