The hotel is located in an excellent place but it's very bad maintained. The elevators make noise, water pouring from the ceiling, walls are dirty. Beds are comfortable and the view is great.

My boyfriend got stuck in the elevator with several people one of whom was claustrophobic. Security tried to open the door with a hanger! He told them to call the Fire Dept. It took approx.4 5 mins.to get everyone out. I asked her (the manager) what do they plan to do about it and she said he shouldn't have gotten in a full elevator even though it CLEARLY stated it would handle 2,500 lbs. I told her I want to talk to the head person and she said she would NOT give me the information and I would have to go through HER. Staff sucked and they even charged guests for coffee. It was TERRIBLE!!

The hotel does not look anything like pictured on the site and the room was less than basic with lumpy beds and flat pillows. I asked for another pillow and was told they didn't have any!!!!! Carpets were stained and TV only got 4 channels. The restaurant and bar were closed and although the restaurant did open for breakfast, the prices were higher with less choice than at the Holiday Inn up the street - which was cleaner, brighter, more modern and where we were greeted by pleasant, helpful staff! Next time I'll spend a few more dollars and stay at the Holiday Inn!!!

The staff did not speak or understand English very well. We had a problem getting the valet to understand that we needed towels.

we did not even stay after looking at the filthy, body fluid splattered guest rooms they put us in.We looked in the phone books for other hotels, but they had ripped out the entire "h" section of the yellow pages in each room. We were there a total of 40 minutes and then they refused to backcharge our credit card. This is by far the worst hotel I ever set foot in. I don't even think the pix on web are of this hotel!Another family walked out at the same time as us and we ended up sharing a ride to another hotel. We were smart enough to take a pix of the blood splatter if you want to see them.
